4. Fees and Payment

Fees for use of our Services will be disclosed during onboarding or in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. You authorize Crypto Payment Solutions to deduct applicable service fees from processed transactions prior to settlement.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and content, are owned by Crypto Payment Solutions or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services solely for your business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Payment Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

7. Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Crypto Payment Solutions does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. You assume full responsibility for understanding the risks associated with digital currency transactions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
